Both, but appointment recommended.
What should I do to prepare?+
Arrive at least 5 minutes early prior to appointment if you need to use bathroom or water break.

Cash or card are acceptable.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation Fee is $50 A no call no show will result in a charge for the full session price.
